PIPE Networks’ Standard Form of Agreement
PIPE Networks’ Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) sets out the terms and conditions on which PIPE Networks provides services to its customers. It is a legally binding document which outlines the rights and obligations of PIPE Networks and its customers.
PIPE Networks also provides a summary of the SFOA as required by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. This summary document does not change any statements made in the full version of the SFOA and is for information purposes only.
