Lee Harper has joined the PIPE International team as Engineering Manager, responsible for the architecture, technical aspects and product offering of our transmission systems.  He’s currently overseeing the transmission technology for PPC-1, PPC-2 and the terrestrial DWDM platform which will interface into the submarine systems.  This involves investigating and designing the technical specifications of the system and selecting suppliers. Once this stage is complete, he will be responsible for designing customer solutions.

Lee previously worked with Level 3 Communications. He led their European Operations Engineering team in the technical aspects and quality control of their high speed optical transport backbone and Trans-Atlantic Ultra Long-haul submarine transmission systems.

Lee will be based in our office in Brisbane.
