Roger Clarke - Chairman
Mr Roger Clarke has over 30 years commercial experience, principally in the investment banking industry, with responsibilities in fund management, banking and corporate finance, and involvement in a significant number of initial public offerings, capital raisings and corporate transactions. He is Chairman of ABN AMRO Morgans Limited and Tissue Therapies Limited and a Director of MTQ Insurance Ltd and Northstate Capital Limited. Mr Clarke holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
Bevan Slattery - Managing Director and Co-Founder

Bevan Slattery is a highly respected and award winning entrepreneur, with a wealth of experience in building successful Australian IT companies.

Mr Slattery is Chief Executive Officer for PIPE International (Australia) and an Executive Director of PIPE Networks Limited.

Mr Slattery co-founded PIPE Networks in 2002 with his school friend, Steve Baxter. Prior to creating PIPE Networks, Mr Slattery co-founded Infopro Technologies (subsequently renamed iSeek Limited) and worked to develop leading internet filtering and filter search technologies with many international companies such as N2H2 and Inktomi.

Bevan Slattery continues a personal quest to advance Australia's access to technology and promote progress in our telecommunications market.

Stephen Baxter - Non-Executive Director and Co-Founder
Mr Stephen Baxter is an Executive Director of the Company and is responsible for its technical operations.

Mr Baxter's extensive internet and telecommunications experience includes the establishment of SE Net, a successful Internet company based in Adelaide, South Australia. SE Net grew to be the largest operation in the state with over 33,000 customers and 76 staff at peak. This business was sold in two tranches to Ozemail/UUNET over an 18 month period.

Mr Baxter has also had extensive experience in the early establishment of Internet Exchanges. He was involved in the startup and then subsequently ran the South Australian Internet Exchange (SAIX). SAIX was a successful pilot, at its peak 14 ISPs used the facility and it saved the local industry millions of dollars per year. While in Adelaide, Mr Baxter negotiated a joint offering agreement with AMCOM Telecommunications to aid in the rollout of an extensive fibre optic network.
Greg Baynton - Non-Executive Director
Mr Greg Baynton is the founder and Managing Director of Orbit Capital, a boutique investment bank and holder of Financial Services Licence No. 230327. Orbit Capital focuses on structuring and funding companies from their early stages through to their preparation for ASX listing and ongoing corporate advisory services. Orbit Capital is the manager of City Investor Group Pty Limited, a private investment fund investing in ASX-listed companies.

Mr Baynton is a founder and director of ASX-listed Tissue Therapies Limited, and a director of Lodestone Exploration Limited, a junior ASX-listed exploration company. He comes from a background in merchant banking and was employed as a Principal Analyst with the Queensland Treasury.

Mr Baynton is a Master of Business Administration (QUT, BGSB), Master of Economic Studies, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Business degree. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
Malcolm Thompson - Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary
Mr Malcolm Thompson has over 14 years financial management experience gained in public accounting practice, domestic and international commerce and government. Mr Thompson has held a variety of roles encompassing financial, management and systems accounting within complex organisations ranging from large government departments to high growth technology companies, including NASDAQ listed Red Hat Inc and Australia's largest software company, Mincom.

Mr Thompson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Griffith University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with Deakin University. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), member of the Securities Institute of Australia (ASIA), and a Justice of the Peace (JP).
Jason Sinclair - Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for our technical operations, overseeing the delivery of core products and internal provisioning, customer service and quality systems. Jason has over 12 years experience and success in providing technical, operational, strategic and business leadership in the information technology and telecommunications industry. He has held a variety of senior operational roles in leading ISPs and carriers including Powertel, Pacific Internet and Dodo.

With a strong interest in convergent technologies and telecommunications, Jason is a published author with titles in the areas of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), routing protocols and Cisco Certifications.

Jason is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern Cross University and also holds numerous vendor certifications including Ciscos CCIE certification, the highest level of Cisco certification that can be achieved.

Matt Hollis - General Manager, Corporate
Matt Hollis is the General Manager of Corporate, overseeing Human Resources, Marketing, Administration and Strategic Operations.

Matt is a pivotal link in the success of our team and in growing the awareness in market of our service offerings. He leads a team of dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

Reggie Naik - General Manager, Fibre Operations
Reggie Naik has 21 years of Telco related experience both internationally and locally. He worked in Telkom South Africa in the Technology and Networks Services Division for 15 years.

His last position held in Telkom SA was Regional Contracts / Program Manager for TNS. Reggie has been part of a Management team responsible for the deployment of Fibre Optic, Copper and Wireless technologies throughout the State.

In addition Reggie was based in Kuala Lumpur as a Director in the "Malaysian South African Business Council" where he promoted International Trade and Investment in IT/T and other sectors. He was privileged to serve as a Director, in the Business Council which was formed and opened by President Nelson Mandela & Dr Mahathir the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Lorraine West - HR Manager
Lorraine is responsible for managing the overall provision of human resource services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Lorraine is tasked with recruiting, employee relations, performance management, organisation development and payroll.

Lorraine has over 8 years of experience in human resources working primarily in the technology and telecommunications industries both locally and internationally.
